An issue with synchronous asynchronous pull server

Everyone in the use of JS request PHP server to do something, generally use the JSON bar
If a button is made for the user to request, it will appear that the user accidentally double-clicked the button
I have seen a lot of this method of preventing duplicate submissions, but today I found myself testing it, I changed the default asynchronous mode to synchronous, it seems to be able to solve, do not know whether it is true. What do you have in your opinion?
