About edittext input box Layout

In the recent project, I was working on project layout by myself. The adaptation problem was not well considered in the early stage, so some editing boxes were all written to the dead size. Later, I joined a project, so two people were working on a project. My colleague gave me some comments and I made a new layout. For example, on the registration page, when textview and edittext are in the same row, set their width to textview to wrap and edittext to fill. Later, the project asked edittext to be of the same size, so I adjusted the width to fill and then added the weight, which solved the problem well.
