Concept 3: Make your employees proud

Companies with positive self-image and pride will be more unified and efficient, and have a stronger "employer brand ". Once employees respect and appreciate the company they work for, their efficiency, quality of the group, and job satisfaction will be improved.

Concept

Are your employees proud of your company's work? This kind of pride may come from the determination, achievements, ethics, quality of leadership, quality and influence of the entire organization. One example is Taylor Nelson soufree (TNS), a leading market information research company. The company has over 14,000 full-time employees worldwide. It collects, analyzes, and interprets market information for customers, provides research results on business and market issues, and also performs social and political opinion polls.

The company's network covers more than 70 countries around the world. These networks are established through mergers and acquisitions between companies. Because the company seems too far away and unfamiliar, their employees are more loyal to the TNS companies in their local countries.
