Install the video card in Ubuntu11.10. After restart, you cannot enter the interface solution: 1. select Ubuntu to start properly. Solution:

1. Select Ubuntu to start properly. When you see "Starting System V runlevel compatibility" Fail on the screen, press Ctrl + Alt + F1 and enter the user name and password as prompted.

2. sudo rm/etc/X11/xorg. conf

3. sudo reboot
