The installation of anthem. NET is actually very simple, but if you do not know the installation steps, it is still a bit annoying! I am a beginner in Ajax. Next I will summarize the overall installation steps and some experiences. (Visual Studio 2005 Environment)
I. Download
Anthem. Net can be downloaded here:
Official Address: http://anthem-dot-net.sourceforge.net/
Ii. Installation
1. decompress the downloaded compressed file (the current version may be "anthem-1.5.2" and may be updated at any time) to a directory;
2. If you are installing Visual Studio 2005, open the folder "anthem-2005". If it is Visual Studio 2003, open the folder "anthem-2003" (but 03 is a little behind, it's almost two years since 08)
3 select the file Anthem-2005.csproj to open with Visual Studio 2005;
4. Convert the build configuration from debug to release.
5. compile the project to obtain the anthem. dll file. (This file can be found in \ anthem-1.5.2 \ anthem-2005 \ bin \ release ).
6. In the toolbox, right-click and select "add tab", and rename the "Anthem. Net" tab (what is the name of the "all" line? -- Occupation !)
7. On this tab, right-click and choose select item ";
8. Under. NET Framework, Click Browse. In the pop-up dialog box, find the "Anthem. dll" file in step 5, and open-OK;
9. You did not see any new controls in the left-side toolkit tab, anthem. net. Do not worry, please refer to Step 10!
10. Close Visual Studio 2005 and open it again. Create a new "website" project, select the "design" button, and check the left-side toolbar to open the tab anthem. net, the expected results will happen!
