Ajax $.post value Chinese garbled!

Method One
Use Request.setcharacterencoding ("UTF-8") in the background;
Method Two
$.ajax ({
    Type: ' Post ',

    ......
    ContentType: ' application/x-www-form-urlencoded; Charset=utf-8 '

Method Three (This method is absolutely possible)
Foreground JS converts the parameter value to a Uniform Resource identifier (URI) such as name = encodeURI (encodeURI (' Zhang San '));
encodeURI two times.
The URI needs to be parsed in the background

Name= Urldecoder.decode (name, "Utf-8″");
