Solved the
- Mainly the system does not have the Mount partition, log what is too much, are mounted under the system partition
- Then reboot after the system disk has no space, and then discuz unable to generate JS cache file, resulting in all the pictures are not out
- Consider putting the log in the data disk

This depends on your nginx configuration.
In theory, static files and php-fpm are not related, usually directly with Nginx reverse proxy
