Form elements of HTML
Form elements are elements that allow users to enter information in table consignments (for example: Text fields, drop-down lists, radio boxes, checkboxes, and so on)

Text fields
A text field is used when the user wants to type something like letters, numbers, and so on in the form
Radio button (Radio Buttons)
When a user chooses one of several given selections, a single box is used
check box (checkboxes)
The check box is used when the user needs to select one or several options from a given selection
Action Property (action) and confirmation button for the form
When the user clicks the Confirm button, the contents of the form are routed to a file, and the action properties of the form define the file name of the destination file, and the file defined by the action attribute will typically be processed in connection with the received input data.
