ADT 22.6.3 Bug
When ADT is updated to 22.6.3, its editor has the lowest support for Api7, or Android 2.1, which may be intentionally done by Google, or it may be a bug. The target SDK and compile SDK have a minimum of 14, That is, Anroid 4.0, the recommendation is set to the highest API 19, that is, Android 4.4, otherwise it will always error, similar errors are as follows:
minimum SDK version of at least 7 Build target API version of and the current version is Y .....
Translation: Requires minimum SDK for API 7,build target minimum API 14
Originally wanted to continue to use, but really feel not accustomed or to change it back, the result of this change, it took 2 hours , is really enough egg pain, on the above 2 English tips far from where to start, as if from adt2014 years later, the version will appear such error prompts, Search on the Internet for n long , no answer, the results of the previous 2013 years of the version of the return, it is good, really enough wonderful!! The previous version is adt-bundle-linux-x86_64-20131030 version, the latest version seems to have a problem!! I've tried 22.6.3,22.6.2 here.
Here is the question of ADT, in conclusion, more than 22.6 of the version may have a variety of "problems", it is recommended to change back to the previous version, I changed back to 22.3, and then AVD,SDK Manager used Adt-bundle-linux-x86_ 64-20131030 in the default band.
Create a successful!!!
The SDK can be copied to other platforms, which can be reused.
After the copy came in, it increased immediately.
If you find that eclipse does not have an Android SDK manager and Android virtual Devices Manager, please refer to the operation.
Window > Custom Perspective--->command Groups availability > Android SDK and AVD Manager > Check (tick)
So the icon is there again.
