This article focuses on the solution of an AVD condition that is not present in eclipse after the successful configuration of the Android development environment in the system (i.e. SDK is OK and ADT in Eclipse is OK). As shown in, Android Virtual Device Manager does not appear under Windows options:
at this point, you need to configure eclipse a bit to display the AVD. As shown: Click Windows->customize Perspective
The following interface appears: Switch the tab to command Groups availability-> check the Android SDK and AVD manager-> Click OK
