Android Let TextView roll up

During the development process, you want to achieve an effect that allows the TextView to scroll within a fixed length. Although the ScrollView can be scrolled, there is no fixed range. There is a Maxline property in the TextView that can set the maximum number of rows for TextView. So, TextView is set up as follows:

scrollbars= "Vertical" sets the TextView scroll bar in the vertical direction.

Also set the following in the code:

This way, the TextView can scroll within the specified height!
