3. Are you using UTF-8 when you develop PHP? I do ASP when are used GB, feel to see UTF-8 not used to ...

2, notepad++ is just an IDE, run the words in the browser run on the line.

3, want to general use UTF-8, if your station only Chinese and English words with GBK also can.
