In the LINUX Command Line, what command can I use to access information on the WINDOWS file server ~

For example, my file sharing server (WIN2003) is:
HOSTNAME = files.domain.com
IPADDRESS = 192.168.1.10
Pai_file_name = test

What commands do I need to enter ~

I forgot to mention that I have not installed the samba service ~
