Operating System: RedHat AS 4 update 2 64-bit
Kernel version: 2.6.9-22. ELsmp
The Red Hat Cluster suitethat comes with the RedHat eleven disks is installed. The dual-node Cluster is configured according to the rh-cs-en-4.pdf manual.
"5. Stop the cluster software on the two running nodes by running the following commands
At each node in this order:
A. service rgmanager stop
B. service gfs stop, if you are using Red Hat GFS
C. service clvmd stop
D. service fenced stop
E. service cman stop
F. service ccsd stop"
And
"6. Start cluster software on all cluster nodes (including the added one) by running
Following commands in this order:
A. service ccsd start
B. service cman start
C. service fenced start
D. service clvmd start
E. service gfs start, if you are using Red Hat GFS
F. service rgmanager start"
In the clvmd process, the system prompts that the process does not exist, and the fenced, cman, and ccsd services cannot be started after they are stopped. Open system-config-cluster, system prompt (because this node is not currently part of a cluster, the management tab for this application is not available !)
