After downloading the driver from the driver's home, readme exists in the folder, but it cannot be installed according to his steps (maybe I won't install it)

I can ping other machines and DNS after installing linux from another machine Virtual Machine and setting the ip address, but cannot open the web page to show that the host cannot be resolved. What is the problem? Thank you
