Installation of Asphttp
Copy the DLL file to a subdirectory, such as the WINNTSYSTEM32,WIN95/98 directory of the NT directory Windowssystem.
Registers the DLL file, the command line changes the current directory to that directory, and then type:
regsvr32 aspHTTP.dll
