Includes the following features: Generate GIF (refers to RLE encoding only, not supported in GIF), jpg,png and BMP format pictures Modify existing pictures (JPG and BMP) Progressive padding Drag-and-drop method Installation of Aspimage Copy the DLL file to a subdirectory, such as the WINNTSYSTEM32,WIN95/98 directory of the NT directory Windowssystem.
