ASP non-component upload error ASP 0104 solution

Problem Description:
ASP no component upload program cannot upload larger file "Request object error ' ASP 0104:80,004,005 '", (probably more than 100KB), but originally in the server can upload 5m or so files.

Workaround:
In the IIS properties, select Allow direct editing of the metabase, and then. To turn off the IIS Admin Service in service
Find windows\system32\inesrv\ under the MetaBase.xml edit one of the aspmaxrequestentityallowed to change him to the desired value, the default is 204800, or 200K, Modify it to 51200000 (50M) or greater. Then restart the IIS Admin Service
