After a year of suspicion, Skynet eventually decided to merge with its previous strategic partner Viadeo.

"After the merger, the company's decision-making will be jointly determined by the new board of directors. Both Skynet and Viadeo have their own board seats, viadeo will continue to expand in the European market and the Chinese market will continue to expand through Skynet." After the merger, Skynet and Viadeo are maintained as two websites, with independent teams, architectures, and management. "There will be more and more integration in the future, but not in the recent period. In the second half of this year, some tools and products with bridges will be launched ."

It is reported that Viadeo has three main profit models previously: membership charges, 5-6 euro charges per month, elite recruitment, and the advertising model being tested, these models can be copied to Skynet's expansion in the Chinese market. According to the new company's forecast, Skynet's revenue target in the Chinese market in 20 million is more than yuan, and the revenue of the entire new company will exceed yuan, the new company is expected to achieve profit and loss by the end. It is reported that another purpose of the merger is to increase the possibility of future listing.
