Both the typical registered developer and the CP/SP managed by the operator can use the other two online tools through the developer's internet or the operator's Internet: classid generator and test signature generator.
You can use the classid generator to generate a globally unique classid for an application. The main functions of the online tool are 12-28.

Enter the application name. The online system will generate a bid file for the developer. The developer can download the bid file for ease of use. The following is the content of the bid file of the Ruim Address Book interface.
Ifndef addrbook_ruim_bid
# Define addrbook_ruim_bid
# Define aeeclsid_addrbook_ruim 0x010128c4
# Endif // addrbook_ruim_bid
The test signature generator can generate a test signature file for the test mobile phone so that the application developer can test the target application on the mobile phone. The main functions of online tools are as follows.

ESN is the abbreviation of the electronic serial number. It is a unique constant number applied to CDMA mobile phones and is the self-identification during transmission in the communication system. A valid ESN is the hexadecimal number of an 8-digit number, for example, 0x11bb22ff. Note that 0x must be used as the prefix of ESN.
IMEI is the abbreviation of the international mobile device identification number International Mobile Equipment Identity. It is the serial number of the GSM mobile phone and is stored in the phone's EEPROM (commonly known as the Code chip, each mobile device has a unique IMEI. A valid IMEI has 15 numbers, such as 123456789012345. "0x" is not used as the prefix when a digital signature is generated. If the IMEI you enter only the first 14 bits, you need to add "0" at the end as the 15th bits.
MeId is the abbreviation of mobile device identification mobile equipment Id. Due to the increase in CDMA mobile devices, the original 8-bit ESN is not enough, so meId is used. Currently, both ESN and meid are available for CDMA mobile phones. MeId is also expressed in hexadecimal notation. For example0xa1000002b0beb2. The preceding 0 XA indicates a CDMA mobile phone; if it is 0x9, it indicates a Multimode mobile phone. When generating a test signature, you can use a 10-digit number instead of "0x" as the prefix.
After ESN, IMEI, or meId is input, the online system generates a test signature, which can be freely used after downloading.
