According to its own market needs, cultural environment, business positioning, and many other factors, the operator will propose customization requirements for mobile phones and specify the corresponding mobile phone specifications. As differentiated competition and lean operation continue to improve, the mobile phone specifications proposed by operators become increasingly complex. Since 2003, China Mobile and China Unicom have begun to customize mobile phones for mobile phone manufacturers, which has already brought a profound impact to the mobile phone industry. According to yiguan international statistics, in 2004, 6% of the domestic GSM market and 20% of the CDMA market share were already customized by mobile phones. The sales proportion of business mobile phone "industry Customization" increased rapidly from 2005 in 15% to more than 2006 in 25%. "industry Customization" is gradually becoming an important sales model in the mid-to-high-end mobile phone market. In 2005, the proportion of mobile phones customized by carriers in the domestic market was only 12.4%. In 2007, the proportion reached 19.8%, accounting for about 1/5. With the arrival of 3G, the market share of custom mobile phones is constantly increasing,

The BREW Platform accelerates the entry of 3G mobile phones into the market. For example, KDDI in Japan used brew earlier, and many mobile phone manufacturers installed modules with different functions on their own, such a module has a great impact on the efficiency of mobile phones and the time they enter the market.
