This semester we went to this course, before the course, for this book completely no feeling, just is software engineering, feel must be boring content.

just a few days ago, our teacher introduced the book to us before class. The book was so well received that it changed the usual style of traditional software engineering books-boring.

In this book, I have a deep feeling is teamwork, distribution of work and so on.

First, the rational distribution of work is very important, a good software team of its managers must have a deep understanding of the ability of each member of the team, in each project assignment to do their best, give full play to each person's talent in the group, so that the project can be better and faster completion.

Second, the strength of the combination of soft and hard. In our computer science and technology, it is a soft and hard combination of professional, regardless of the future development, or social companies, its direction will tend to hardware and software combination, because only in this way we can have the market, to have customers.
