PowerPoint is our most commonly used class presentation, data Playback tool. However, many times in order to facilitate the view, I hope to be able to print the PPT, but if a page of A4 paper, it seems a bit wasteful. First of all, open the need to print the PPT, in order to print out the sake of clarity, you can remove the bottom plate first. Then, select the file-Save As, select "JPG File Interchange Format" in the file type, and save each slide as a picture.
In the prompt window that appears, you can choose whether to export the slides all. When you're done, a folder will appear in the saved location with a picture of each slide, and it's sorted by serial number.
Next, create a new Word document and select File-page settings. Change the upper and lower margins to 1 cm, the left and right margins to 2 centimeters, click OK.
When the page setup is complete, select format-Columns to divide the page into 2 columns. Then click on the Insert Picture, select the previous saved ppt Pictures folder, select the desired image import can be. At this point, the PPT is automatically arranged in the Word document, a A4 page arranges 8 sheets, very easy to print.
Tips: Use the column function, you can achieve a lot of word in the picture to reduce the effect of 50%. If you have less than 8 small pages in a page, you can resize the picture by adjusting the margins appropriately.
