This is the maximum kernel security update that Canonical provides for Ubuntu users. It mainly solves some security problems: allow non-privileged users to cause the denial-of-service system to gain Root user access. Canonical has provided Kernel updates for almost all Ubuntu systems, including Ubuntu14.04TrustyTahr, Ubuntu13.10SaucySalamander, Ubuntu12.10QuantalQuetzal, and Ubun.

To obtain the latest update, run the following command to perform a normal system upgrade:

Sudo apt-get update

Sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

106 software packages have been upgraded, 1 new software package has been installed, 0 software packages have been uninstalled, and 0 software packages have not been upgraded.
Download the 200 MB software package.
After decompression, 7,509 kB of extra space will be consumed.

Then restart the system:

Sudo reboot
