When you view a Word document in the Word2003 document window, the user can zoom in or out of the display scale in a proportional way. When magnification is magnified, the user can see a clearer Word document content, but less visible content, which is often used to modify detail data or edit smaller fonts. Conversely, if you zoom out, the number of Word2003 documents you can observe is large, but the content of the document is not clearly visible, which is usually used to view the entire page when you are browsing or composing the page quickly.
Users can see a drop-down list box in the Word2003 document window by clicking the Drop-down triangle button to the right of the Zoom combo box on the Standard toolbar. In this list box, the user can select a different display scale, as shown in Figure 1.

Users can also set the zoom in the Zoom dialog box in the Word2003 document window in more detail, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word2003 document window, and click the view → zoom menu command.
Step 2nd, open the Zoom dialog box, select the appropriate proportions in the zoom area, or enter or select a specific scale in the percent text box, as shown in Figure 2.

Tip: If you select the Multiple Pages radio button to view multi-page documents, click the Monitor button below and the grid will appear, and the user can click and drag the grid to confirm the number of pages you want to see on the screen. There are differences in the specific options in the Zoom combo box Drop-down list in different graphs, and the options in the Zoom dialog box vary.
The 3rd step, set the finish click OK.
