Logging on to Chrome OS with a Google account is justified. But not everyone in the world has a Google account, and sometimes you need to experience it on a public computer with Chrome OS, it is inevitable that you enter your personal account, so Chrome OS also needs a function similar to "guest account" like Windows.
Developers of Chromium OS also realized this problem, so they recently added the login-free browsing feature in revision 48635, users who do not want to log on with their own Google account or do not have a Google account can directly access Chrome OS for web browsing. You only need to click "Guest Mode" in the Guest Mode on the logon interface. Chrome OS loads a temporary file storage location and starts a new anonymous browsing session without an account, no historical records or browsing data are saved.
After entering, if you want to receive emails or do other things, you can do it directly in the browser, such as logging on to Gmail or reading entries in Google Reader. That is to say, you can enter Chrome OS in guest mode, and log on to the Web application in a browser instead of logging on through the Chrome OS system.
