• Go to Google Play, Amazon App Store, pods, and Citrix official website to download the Citrix Worx home app. And install it on the device.

• When the system prompts you to install the application, click next, and then click Install.

• After installing Worx home, click Start.

• Enter your authentication information, such as the Device Manager server name, user subject name (UPN), or email address name, and then click Next.

• On the activation device administrator screen, Click Activate.

• Enter your account password and click "Log on.

• Depending on how xenmobile is configured, you may be asked to create a Worx pin code. You can use applications that log on to Worx home and other Worx functions, such as worxmail, worxweb, upload file, and so on. On the password screen for creating Worx, enter the six-digit PIN code that forms any series.

• Enter a new pin. Click the store of Worx to access the application store, and the applications of Worx functions, such as worxmail, worxweb, and character file.

• Now, the Android device registration is complete.

Cancel registration and re-register an Android device

• Click to open the Worx home application.

• Click the setting icon in the upper left corner of the application window.

• Click Cancel registration or re-registration to cancel or re-register your device.

IOS device registration process

• Download the Worx home application from Apple's iTunes App Store and install it on your device.

• On the iOS device home screen, click the Worx home application to start it.

• When the Worx application opens, enter the authentication information for you, such as the Device Manager server name, user subject name (UPN), or your email name, and then click Next.

• Enter your username and password. Start the browser and start the registration process.

• Click Install and install the Citrix configuration file service.

• Click Install now. If a warning message is displayed.

• If the password is configured for your device, the system prompts you to enter your password to install the configuration file.

• Click Install.

• After the configuration file is installed, click Finish to complete the installation process.

• When the homepage of Worx appears, click to allow the homepage of Worx to use your current location.

• Depending on how xenmobile is configured, you may be asked to create a Worx pin code. You can use applications that log on to Worx home and other Worx functions, such as worxmail, worxweb, upload File and so on. You need to enter your Worx pin twice. The homepage of Worx is displayed. Then, you can access the Worx storage to view the applications that you can install on your iOS device.

• Click the Worx store to open the enterprise application store.

• If your administrator has configured xenmobile to automatically push the application to the device (you need to request the APN certificate), a message is displayed prompting you to install the application. Click Install to install the application.

• Now, the iOS device registration is complete.

• Click to open the Worx home application.

• Click the setting icon in the upper left corner of the application window.

• Click "register" to register your device again. A message is displayed, confirming that you want to register your device again.

• Click Yes.

• Follow the instructions in the Wizard to install the SCEP registration request and mobile device management certificate.

Mobile Application access process

• Log on to Worx home when you need to access the mobile app;

• Click the application you want to access. Worx home will send the request to the APPC server;

• After the APPC server receives the request, it will go to the ad for verification;

• After ad returns information, the sat server of the APPC server generates a credential and returns a consent message to Worx home;

• After receiving this consent, Worx home began to create an ssl vpn channel for the application to be started;

• If the application is a back-end xenapp or xendesktop, the background will start the program and connect to the device through ssl vpn, and users can use it;

• If the application is developed based on a mobile phone or an app, you are prompted to install and use the application on the device. This application is stored in Worx store.
