Microsoft Cloud Platform

Microsoft's cloud computer service platform, Windows Azure, belongs to the PAAs model and is generally oriented to software developers.

The current version includes four parts:

1) Windows Azure, located at the bottom of the cloud computing platform, is the core of Microsoft's cloud computing technology. It is a Microsoft cloud operating system that provides an application running on a Microsoft Data Center Server.ProgramAnd the Windows environment that stores data.

2) SQL Azure, a relational database in the cloud, provides services for relational data about SQL server in the cloud.

3) Windows azure appfabric, which provides cloud-based infrastructure services for applications in the cloud or local systems

4) Windows azure marketplace, which provides online services for purchasing data and applications in a cloud computing environment

VMware cloud computing

1) The IAAs platform and cloud infrastructure and management layer are composed of three parts: data center and cloud infrastructure, security products, infrastructure and operation management.

2) The cloud application platform layer builds cloud-based application platform development by acquiring springsource

3) SAAS is mainly desktop-based application virtualization.

VMware vsphere Architecture

1) ESX Server can be divided into a resident architecture and a guest metal architecture.

2) Cloud computer platform vcenter includes six basic functions: (1) Resource and Virtual Machine Inventory Management (2) Task Scheduling (3) log management (4) Warning and event management (5) virtual Machine deployment (6) host and Virtual Machine Settings

In addition to the above basic functions, there are also 7 advanced functions: (1) dynamic migration (2) Resource Optimization (3) Security (4) fault tolerance (5) high availability (6) backup (7) Application Deployment
