In October April 14, I went to the Technical Forum of the UbuntuKylin Chinese community.
The official slogan of the UbuntuKylin community is: "Make an operating system more Chinese ". What is "Chinese flavor "? Generally, people in the industry think that the so-called "Chinese flavor" means not to mention GNU and avoid GNU as much as possible. It is manifested in the absence of rules of conduct and can be casually used. Why?
When I log on to the Technical Forum, I don't have to promise to comply with the Code of Conduct of the Community. Is this the so-called "Chinese flavor? Let's take a look at the personal information of Lead JackYu from the UbuntuKylin community: "Signed Ubuntu Code of conducting: Yes ". That is to say, the Ubuntu Kirin community, as a sub-community of the Ubuntu international community, must also comply with the Community's code of conduct. I remember, the Ubuntu community's code of conduct is: Treat others well, treat others politely, and do things for others. These three codes of conduct comply with the basic spirit of GNU. Ubuntu people's philosophy is: software should be free (Freedom ). After leaving this basic point, Ubuntu is not Ubuntu.
To be honest, the dominance of UbuntuKylin is not in our hands. It is not a "self-controlled" community. However, this stage is required. Because we are eager to learn the operating rules of the GNU community, actively adapt to these rules, and strive to get rid of our "Chinese flavor" (bad habits of loose, casual, and disunity ).
Here, I want to say something I shouldn't say. Now all the children in the 90 s are living in a honeypot. They don't know the bad taste of people in the difficult economic period of 1962. I am not a writer Mo Yan and dare not complain. During the period of study at Nanjing University, there were still some experiences of insufficient meals. In this regard, please do not say that I am a "anti-Party or anti-socialist ".
I hope you will become a useful talent in the community for the sake of national strength, hard study, serious life, and obedience to truth (especially GNU. Both ability and political integrity, Germany is the first. If you are a human, you will not be interested if you don't talk about "gossip.
I suggest the Ubuntu Kirin community's slogan is: to be a secure and stable operating system. In the sunshine of GNU, we can work together to build a safer and more stable operating system ....... Mathematics is calling for me. I cannot accompany you every day. However, I will always pay attention to your achievements, bless you, and praise you.
Note: My pocket ebook is about J. Keisler's "non-standard calculus", also known as "infinitely small calculus". You are welcome to pay attention to "infinitely small" (Infinitesimal) during leisure ).
