error:1007 sqlstate:hy000 (er_db_create_exists). Message:can ' t create database '%s '; Database exists.

I guess the operating system language setting is incorrect, or the MySQL run language setting is incorrect.

The UTF8 you set is the database encoding format, not the client.

The equivalent of using a Chinese language browser to open a Japanese site, the website is encoded in Japanese, but your browser interface is Chinese.

Check the mysql-client configuration file, or the operating system locale.


