College students' entrepreneurship challenges "Alibaba"

At the first "Youth Venture Capital" review meeting of Zhongshan city in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong province, Yang Fan's "'bonne' Internet access plan for small and medium-sized enterprises" received 0.1 million yuan of interest-based loan support from the government. In fact, their original idea was to extend the e-commerce field to the campus by making online transactions for all the commodities produced on the campus. To expand the service to customers and increase the popularity of Buen, Yang Fan has already considered a "free internet access for ten thousand enterprises" service plan. We tried to use a town in Zhongshan city as a pilot project to achieve the main goal of e-commerce for all small and medium-sized enterprises in the town. We also used the industry platform to integrate the information of small and medium-sized enterprises in the town and create a town industry information database, help the government and relevant industry associations fully understand the e-commerce development status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the town. At the same time, the use of big platforms for overall network marketing and promotion, to help the town enterprises create network business opportunities.

This is only a small case of "grassroots entrepreneurship" in Zhongshan. A few days ago, the Guangdong provincial Provincial Party Committee and the provincial labor and social security department jointly launched the "Guangdong youth employment and entrepreneurship service operation ceremony and the Pearl River Delta youth service uniform Action Day. On that day, the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China signed a cooperation agreement with China Telecom, Everbright Bank, and China Postal Savings Bank to jointly provide information and financial services for youth employment and entrepreneurship. From January 1, 2008, Zhongshan City finance will inject 1.5 million yuan each year for three years as the fund's start-up capital, and mobilize various forces to inject capital into and expand the youth venture capital fund. It is understood that currently, Zhongshan youth venture capital raised nearly 7.87 million yuan.

With a certain amount of original capital accumulation and management experience, Guo Wenbiao thought that he had the basic conditions for secondary entrepreneurship and decided to expand the breeding scale. He contracted over 400 mu of fish ponds, engaged in multi-variety business. "Although I already have some funds, I still need some working capital to maintain normal production operations and reduce production risks ." Guo Wenbiao applied for the youth venture capital fund. "although the amount allowed by the fund cannot exceed 0.1 million yuan, it is also a great help to supplement the working capital ."

Previously, the "Zhongshan University students' entrepreneurial concept survey" conducted by the student social practice guidance center of Zhongshan University gave a detailed understanding of students' entrepreneurial cognition, entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial psychology, and entrepreneurial direction. According to the survey, 81% of college students have considered entrepreneurship. Only 4.4% and 1.1% of college students have started their own businesses and have already started their own businesses. The people in charge of the Zhongshan Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League said that self-employment has become the focus of college students' attention, but college students' entrepreneurship is in urgent need of external help.

Unexpectedly, the youth entrepreneurship fund ignited the enthusiasm of many young entrepreneurs. On July 6, May 13 last year, Zhongshan Youth Venture Capital held the first review meeting, and received 14 entrepreneurial project proposals. So far, Zhongshan youth entrepreneurship fund has granted 1.19 million yuan of entrepreneurial loans to 16 young entrepreneurs.

November of the same year ~ On September 16, December, the Zhongshan municipal committee and municipal labor and social security bureau of the Communist Party of China held a three-day training course for young entrepreneurs for graduates of colleges and technical secondary schools free of charge. "From the perspective of the composition of current applicants and consultants, most of the entrepreneurial projects applied for are still concentrated in traditional catering, retail, beauty and other industries. There are few projects with innovative ideas, there are few projects with high-tech content." Luo Guonan, secretary of the Communist Party of China, said that it is an urgent problem to solve in the future to make the use of youth venture capital more valuable and give full play to its biggest advantages. He believes that the establishment of Zhongshan youth entrepreneurship fund aims to stimulate young people's entrepreneurial aspirations, improve their entrepreneurial capabilities, and provide entrepreneurial services. To this end, the group organizations should give full play to the guiding and supporting roles of the fund.

Tan Juntie, secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Youth League, said that the Communist Youth League itself does not have the "first barrel of gold" to help young entrepreneurs. However, group organizations can boost more social resources and guide and support entrepreneurship and employment in communities and rural areas, it even solves bottlenecks such as capital shortage and financing difficulties in the process of youth entrepreneurship, and boosts high-quality young entrepreneurial projects into the fast lane of financing and loan.
