One, version issue

The common version issue is the framework version issue, VS2013 the project version created by default is 4.5, and IIS defaults to 2.0, when you deploy the project on IIS, there will be a version problem solution: Set the framework version in the basic settings of the properties in the application pool (IIS7)

The immediate solution is to add a permission in the permissions set to everyone, set to Full Control
