Recently, my friend asked me about streaming media. Although I have helped others set up a streaming media website, I have not summarized it well. Let's simply summarize it.

1. rtmp (realtime messaging protocol), a streaming media transmission protocol developed by Adobe, which is built using Flash Media Server.

2. MMS (Media Server protocol, MMS) is a media transfer protocol defined by Microsoft and can be set up using Windows Media Server.

3. Real-Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) is an open web page standard that RealNetworks helps to build an environment using the RealServer server.
