Composer Update times error: Has a broken sugnature

The project uses composer for package management, but the package upgrade times the following error, how to solve?

Resolution: After deleting/usr/local/bin/composer, re-download Composer.phar copy to add execute permission after normal

Resolution: After deleting/usr/local/bin/composer, re-download Composer.phar copy to add execute permission after normal

If you don't seem to have enough authority, try:
> sudo composer self-update
Or

> sudo su> composer self-update
