Computer cmd command cannot be used

1. Right-click "computer"-"properties" on the desktop ":

 

 

2. In the open window, click "Advanced System Settings", as shown in the following figure:

 

 

3. Open the System Properties window and click "Advanced"-"environment variable", as shown in:

 

 

4. Find the path in the "system variables" in the environment variables list and double-click it to add the environment variables:

 

 

5. Change the "variable value" in the pop-up editing system variables to "% SystemRoot % system32". After setting the value, click OK:
