Computer keyboard CAPS LOCK key CapsLock failure how to solve?

Sometimes when we press CAPS lock for case conversion, we find that we can't use the LOCK key function.

1, in CAPS LOCK key can not be lowercase letters. The problem is mostly set.

2. Right-click the Language bar in the lower-right corner of the desktop.

3, select "Settings".

4. Select "Advanced key Settings" in the window that appears.

5. At this point we saw that we would like to press "shift" to close the caps. Uncheck, select Press Caps LOCK. And then make sure that it's OK.
