Computer system's not responding.

Sometimes we just start the computer, enter the system interface, the point of anything can not open, to wait a minute or so to open, into the system after the computer did not respond to the solution:

First, please upgrade antivirus virus database, comprehensive anti-virus, in order to exclude the cause of viruses.

Second, start-run, enter Msconfig OK. In the system configuration program that opens, turn off some unimportant services and boot programs to restart your computer.

Four, set the fixed IP address. When Windows XP starts to enter the desktop, the system temporarily freezes for some time, and any program that starts will not respond.

This is because the DHCP client service for Windows XP is assigning an IP address to the NIC, and the system temporarily freezes for a while. As long as the desktop → My Network Places → right → properties → internet connection,

Right-click the Local Area Connection icon, select Properties, select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) from the list in the General tab of the pop-up Properties window, and then click the Properties button.

In the pop-up Properties window, select the "Use the following IP address" option and enter "192.168.0.1" and "255.255.255.0" in "IP Address" and "Subnet mask" respectively.

Clear Prefetch directory, enter the C:windowsprefetch folder, delete all files with the file extension pf, and restart.

If it's been a long time or no response, open your task Manager, how do I open Task Manager? End the explorer process, then the file--new task--explorer,

Create a new explorer process. The Task Manager cannot open the workaround.
