Background]

Today, a friend asked me this question. Their OA application databases and interface databases are deployed on two different servers.

The interface server is mainly responsible for integrating with third-party systems. The third-party system calls the interface to create OA documents, and the OA system approves the documents. After the OA approval is completed, the interface of the interface server is called, OA returns approved transfer records and attachments to a third-party system.

To ensure the security of data and interfaces, data is first stored in the intermediate database of the OA server, and then transmitted to the interface server through the OA scheduled proxy.

However, if a user requests a return request, the request can be immediately reported to a third-party system.

In order to ensure that data and attachments can be fed back to a third-party system in a timely manner, this article uses the mail collector to trigger a proxy before a new mail arrives.

 

[Implementation Method]

When the email is returned, OA sends an email to the mail collector database to write the returned Business Code logic in the proxy triggered before the arrival of the new mail of the mail collector. The proxy is triggered before the mail arrives, in this way, timely return is achieved.

[Usage]

This function is used to trigger third-party system interfaces by sending emails, such as message center and document uploading/downloading. Different system platforms are different, but the mail function can be basically implemented by each system. In this way, interface triggering can be implemented through mail.
