Conversion between CString and CStringA

When programming with the Unicode character set, it is always necessary to use libraries that do not support Unicode, such as Sqlite3,lua, which must use the char* type. It is best to use CStringA at this time.

In addition CStringA and CString can flexibly convert assignments, note that this cannot be used:
CString str1;
CStringA str2=str1;
And to use this:
CStringA str2;
STR2=STR1;
