Planned value (PV) = bcws (budget cost of work scheduled) = planned workload x Budget Unit Price
The sum of PVS is sometimes referred to as the performance measurement benchmark (PMB)
Earned Value (EV) = bcwp (budget cost of work completed MED) = actual completed workload x Budget Unit Price
Actual cost (AC) = acwp (actual cost of work completed MED) = actual workload x actual unit price
Completion Budget (BAC), cost benchmark of the entire project, and value of the project's master plan
Cost deviation (CV) = EV-AC, positive value indicates savings on the budget, negative value indicates overspending on the budget
Cost Performance Index (CPI) = eV/AC, the actual cost per 1 yuan to do the value of the matter (by the Budget value), greater than 1 is good, less than 1 is not good
Cost deviation percentage (PCV) = CV/ev
Progress deviation (SV) = EV-PV
Progress performance index (SPI) = eV/PV
Percentage of progress deviation (percentage of schedule variance) = SV/PV
Estimated completion time (ETC)
= (BAC-EV)/CPI, where the previous CV is caused by a typical deviation that will continue until the project is completed, the remaining job performance will be consistent with the previous
= (BAC-EV)/(CPI × SPI ),
= BAC-EV, the previous CV is caused by special reasons, will not happen again in the future, the remaining work can still be completed according to the expected performance
Completion estimation (EAC) = BAC/CPI = AC + etc. Note the differences between estimation (E) and budget (B ).
The completion still requires the performance index (tcpi to-complete performance index) to complete the remaining work with the remaining money. The performance index must be achieved
When the CPI is lower than the benchmark, that is, less than 1, the original BAC is no longer feasible. The project manager will formulate a new completion estimate (EAC) for the project, and the remaining project work should be carried out according to tcpi performance standards.
Based on BAC: tcpi = (BAC-EV)/(BAC-AC)
Based on EAC: tcpi = (BAC-EV)/(EAC-AC)
Deviation Upon completion (VAC) = BAC-EAC
Completion percentage (PC percent complete) = eV/BAC, completion percentage, percentage of finished work in total workload
