CSS compatibility issues

1. Png24 images on IE will appear in the background, the solution with Png8 pictures.

2. The default padding and margin are different on different browsers, the solution is *{padding:0;margin:0;} Sets the default value.

3.ie6 Two-sided bug: block attribute tag after float, there are rows of margin in the case, the IE6 display margin than set the large.
