Hu Wei, business development director of the Chinese consumer and Small and Medium Enterprises Department of Dell, revealed that the prices of products purchased using the telephone payment service are the same as those of other payment methods, no additional fees except for the product itself will be charged except for the service fee. The service fee is included in the first bill after installment payment. Currently, the service fees for phase 1 (full payment) and phase 3 are 0%, and the service fees for Phase 6 and 12 are 0.5% and 1.5% respectively.
