In launch a new Android Virtual Device Select the version you need to start, waiting for startup to complete
If the Choose a running Android device does not appear after startup, the selection
Run cmd Run command adb kill-server
Then, the Eclipse Console (console)
ADB connection error occurred: The remote host forced the shutdown of an existing connection.
Waiting for Connection attempts:11 to appear
Then Choose a running Android device will refresh the emulator selector
