Different versions of Python in Linux install third-party libraries

Workaround

Install Python3-setuptools and easy_install3, and install PIP3

sudo apt-get install Python3-setuptools
sudo easy_install3 pip
sudo pip3 install pyserial (pyserial replaced with required third party libraries)

Again in the python3.x environment test import, done.
