EM login error: Java.lang.Exception:Exception in sending

After conducting EM, the interface came out, but reported a mistake:
Java.lang.Exception:Exception in sending Request:: null
Many features are not available, prompting you to log in again.
A workaround was found at the Oracle forum:

Find the following file
D:/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/mingtian.mingtianesso.com_jyc/sysman/config/emd.properties
The default for Agenttzregion is GMT, which can be changed to your time zone, for example:
Agenttzregion=asia/chungking

Turn off the console first.

Type in cmd

emctl Resettz Agent

emctl Config agent Gettz

Restart the console
About the time zone list reference: 10.2.0/db_1/sysman/admin/supportedtzs.lst
Then restart Oracledbconsole.

Note: This issue is known through the Emctl Status View: Because installation Oracle , possibly the last Oracle SID was inconsistent with this instance name, resolved by the set Oracle SID
