Since the independent video card memory is only 64 MB, to improve the display performance under X, only a portion of the memory is shared to the video card. The method is as follows:

1. Add the following line to vi/etc/fstab:

Tmpfs/dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0

2. Enable the shared memory: mount/dev/shm to check whether it is properly mounted: mount | grep shm. If it is successfully mounted, the following message is displayed:

Tmpfs on/dev/shm type tmpfs (rw)

3. Run the fglfgl_glxgears command to test the fps score.
