When a GET request is issued:

GET http://localhost:54176/api/Products

Report the following error:

Controller section:

[Routeprefix ("Api/products")]
public class Productcontroller:apicontroller

this is because api/products and productcontroller do not correspond to cause. you can change it as follows:

public class Productscontroller:apicontroller
