1. Error description 
错误号：1364错误信息：Field ‘platId‘ doesn‘t have a default valueinsert into `use`.`t_platform_scale` () values ()
2. Cause of Error

Because a NOT null limit is given to platid when the table is in progress, and no default value is inserted when inserting data, resulting in an error

3. Workaround

(1) Modify Platid can be null
(2) When inserting data, be sure to insert Platid
