This process is basically a black box. if the person in charge of this task does not speak about it, others do not know what it is and what it is.

At am the next day of the Sprint program meeting, Alibaba Cloud convened all the people to hold the first standing meeting on the Bright Summit, because this was the first standing meeting. everyone looked at each other and thought it was fun, high interest. A Jie first talked about his tasks. Including how you will design, compare different implementation methods, and give an estimate. I think it should be done within one week and then handed over to the tester for testing. Damin and Xiaobao are basically in the same model, and they also talked about their tasks. Xiaobao felt that his piece was a little complicated. it may take 8 working days. it is estimated that there is not much time left for the test. Azu and Azi can only perform tests after they have been completed by developers, so they have not started to do anything. it is naturally easy to talk about, the total time spent by two people is less than half the time spent by a great citizen and a Jie. But even so, it was almost 11: 40 without knowing how long it took for everyone to stop for more than an hour, and the legs were Sour. it was just a time to eat, and everyone went downstairs to eat.

In the following days, if there is a meeting room, everyone will go to the meeting room to hold a standing meeting; if not, everyone will gather in the lattice room of Alibaba Cloud. Sometimes the meeting is held at a.m., sometimes at a.m., or because Alibaba Cloud wants to hold a department Dashboard meeting in the morning, the Daily Scrum standing meeting is held at A.M. Sometimes people are tired, sitting in a chair or on a desk, and listening to others. Of course, there is also the noise caused by text messages such as azi and Xiaobao. Sometimes, Alibaba Cloud feels that this is a waste of time. I believe other people share the same feeling. but even so, we stick to the standing meeting, after all, Scrum emphasizes Daily Standup Meeting!
