First download the latest data package from its website, which is currently version 0.2: http://poppler.freedesktop.org/poppler-data-0.2.0.tar.gz
Decompress tar xzvf poppler-data-0.2.0.tar.gz after downloading
Sudo make install datadir =/usr/share.
Then use evince to open the original garbled code, and the code is not garbled. OK.
